====== 파일송/수신 ======

===== 개요 =====
FTP 프로토콜을 사용하여 파일을 송수신한다. 서버(Server)간에 파일 송수신 및 서버(Server)와 클라이언트(Client)간에 파일 송수신 시 사용할 수 있다.

본 기능은 전자정부 표준프레임워크 공통컴포넌트 요소기술 내에 구성되어 있다.
